The inspection report is divided into 13 separate pages covering all phases of an in depth inspection. SPELL CHECKER: Misspelled words are automatically underlined in red. Type size can be automatically reduced if you are running out of available space while typing. The software also has a memory function that automatically fills in previously used words or sentences as you type.

AUTOMATIC FILL: Information typed on the inspection Data Collection Form [Not Displayed] will automatically fill on appropriate fields on other forms where it is required. The data collection form is your office record, containing customer and searchable data information.

DROP DOWN MENUS: Numerous customizable drop down menu choices provided.

Ready-to-use responses for various inspection situations and preventive maintenance suggestions. When you select a highlighted field that has a drop down menu, you will see an arrow button on the far right end of the field. Click on the arrow button to see the many options and then click on your choice of the various comments in order to insert that response into the report. You can edit the text inserted from the drop down menu or type your own comment.

ZOOM: This feature allows you to enlarge or reduce your view of the form for easy viewing and reduced eye strain.

DIGITAL PHOTO PAGE: [Not Displayed] Capture a picture of each home with a digital camera to present with your report or retain for your own records.

SEARCHABLE DATA BASE: Allows you to find past reports quickly, using name or town search. Your reports will be automatically saved as you type.

BILLING INVOICE: [Not displayed] The form set also has a billing invoice which is automatically filled in from the data collection form and adds up the fees as they are typed into the form.

CORRESPONDENCE PAGE: [Not displayed] This is a blank page that provides space to type any correspondence you may wish to include with your report. It can be used as a summary of the report.

MEMORY FEATURE: This software has the ability to remember previously typed information. After several keystrokes the previously typed word or sentence will appear. The words or sentences can be removed if not needed by striking the delete key or space bar.

TAB KEY: Striking the tab key will quickly move you from one highlighted area to the next. Or you can just click on any field you would like to use.

CHECK BLOCKS: Click the cursor on any check box to fill it with a check mark. Click again to remove the check mark.

CHANGING PAGES: Click on a page icon [1 through 13] at the bottom of the right hand of your screen to move from page to page within the form set.

CHANGING REPORTS: The arrow key next the light bulb at the top center of the page allows you to move back and forth among you reports.

FAX OPTION: Reports can be faxed directly from your computer using a modem and fax software [not included.]
